I don’t know how my luck could have turned out so bad. I tried resetting my PC after failure to fix the problems I’ve been having. After a few times trying to, ending in error, I gave up and booted my PC, only to be stuck in an infinite loop of my motherboard logo showing up and not booting.

I then inserted my Windows 7 install disk, but that's not working either.

Fuck me.

No pc speaker beeps or error code lights? Last resort is to immerse it in holy water and procure a new one.

unplug all that is not needed to boot. cd/dvd drive, other hard drives.

Remove memory, and try one stick at a time if more than one stick.

Remove harddrive, to see it you get a no operating system error,(might have a hard drive error, if so scan harddrive on a working computer)

reset bios.

Sounds like memory if it won’t boot at all.

My mothers laptop does something similar sometimes, it shows the logo, then goes black, though you can hear that it is active. I haven’t solved it yet, though it can be bypassed by getting it to go to sleep, and then waking it up again.

I just had a hard drive issue that required me to format my SSD and do a fresh install of the newest version of 10 (so that I can play Forza 6 and Horizon 3 when it comes out).

For your problem, it sounds like it could be hardware related.

You have to access the BIOS, turn on PC and press DEL (or F2 on some) at first logo to enter BIOS, then select boot from CD-ROM as first choice and you should be able to use windows 7 disc recovery.
